Morning – With a Meal Containing Healthy Fats

  • Mycell Vitamin C: Add drops to morning water or juice to support immune function and antioxidant protection.
  • Vitamin D3K2: Take as directed on the product label with a meal containing healthy fats to support absorption of fat-soluble vitamins D3 and K2.
  • Power Immune: Take 3 capsules in the morning

Evening – With Dinner

  • Reacted Zinc: Take as directed on the product label, preferably with food if it causes stomach discomfort.
  • Power Immune: Take 2 capsules in the evening, following the provided product directions.
