Each Serving Size (1 Tablet) contains: Vitamin C 2 mg, Vitamin B12 5 mcg, Iron 1 mg, Zinc 1.9 mg, Copper 0.2 mg, Manganese 34 mg. Proprietary Blend 70 mg: Organic sweet potato, organic carrot, and bovine bone. Other Ingredients: Manganese lactate, organic acerola extract, honey, zinc amino acid (rice) chelate, dicalcium phosphate, iron amino acid (rice) chelate, copper amino acid (rice) chelate, calcium stearate, and cyanocobalamin.
